My name is Terri Mashanda and I am a business coach with over 22 years’ experience working and running businesses in several African countries such as Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Malawi, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Uganda and the UK. I have founded three notable businesses under the Umbrella of Tindoz D’Afrique Limited; Tindoz Arts and Crafts, Tindoz Agribusiness. and Tentessa Coaching and Training. I am also a Co-Founder and majority shareholder in a health care business in the UK called Treetops Children’s Home Limited. I have a passion for business and a passion for people. I am all about developing people, building effective and productive teams and ultimately helping my clients improve profitability.

My Story

It is my entrepreneurial journey that developed my passion to empower people to recognise and reach their full potential.

I believe in simplicity, in working with the spirit of play, daring to dream big, working towards mastery, owning our choices and showing up in life. Born in small town in Zimbambwe my remarkable and arduos journey has culminated into two successful businesses, namely Tindoz d’Afrique Limited and Tentessa Coaching and Consulting. over a span of 20 plus years I have worked and operated businesses in Zimbabwe, South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Malawi and Uganda.  

Over the years I have developed tried and tested practical methods to improve business functions and create positive and sustainable change for businesses and organisations

The result: Self-discovery, increased employee engagement, great communication, less conflict, great team work and motivation, increased creativity and productivity and ultimately improved business results.
